Recipients are selected based on an extensive process, beginning with polling approximately 35,000 attorneys by Law & Politics. The nominees are then grouped into more than 55 practice areas, subsequently screened by a Blue Ribbon Panel, and lastly their credentials were independently verified. Mr. Spevak was named again as a NJ Super Lawyer for the third year in a row. He is perhaps best known for his role in the 2001 custody case over frozen embryos that was decided by the NJ Supreme Court. Mr. Spevak is slated to become the 81st Camden County Bar President on June 1st, 2007 at a dinner event on the Battleship New Jersey. He has also been recognized by Digital Press International as a leader in matrimonial law in South Jersey in 2007. He has received numerous accolades for his humanitarian efforts, including the prestigious New Jersey Meritorious Service Medal (the highest civilian recognition awarded in NJ) and the National Guard Association of the United State's Patrick Henry Award for volunteerism directly benefiting the U.S. military. Mr. Spevak is also an appointee to the New Jersey World War II Commission by Governor Jon Corzine. Mr. Adinolfi, who has been practicing law for nearly 30 years, is the co-founding partner of Adinolfi and Spevak, which has become one of the largest New Jersey law firms devoted to divorce and family law. His memberships include being a certified Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Board of Managers, American Trial Lawyers Association, and a Master of Inns of the Court. He is a frequent lecturer and has been a successful trial counsel in several published opinions by the New Jersey Appellate Division, including the widely publicized engagement ring case. He was the Bishop Eustace Preparatory School Alumni President for many years and recognized by the school for his leadership and support. Firm partner Amy Goldstein is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and has been practicing law for 24 years. She has been named for the third year in a row as a 2007 NJ Super Lawyer. Ms. Goldstein is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and she has served on the AAML State Board of Managers and Start Board Examiners. Ms. Goldstein is a frequent lecturer and author on various family law topics such as child custody, marital torts, attorney ethics, and cohabitation. Robert Agre, counsel to the firm, is again a recipient of the designation of NJ Super Lawyer in 2007. His practice is devoted to personal injury, criminal matters, municipal court matters, and domestic violence issues.
