HADDONFIELD, N.J. --- The Family Law firm of Adinolfi & Spevak, P.A. is proud to congratulate partners, Eric S. Spevak, Esquire, Robert Adinolfi, Esquire, and Amy Goldstein, Esquire, as well as Of-Counsel attorney Robert Agre, Esq. for their recent selection as New Jersey Super Lawyers 2008 by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. Recipients are selected based on an extensive process, beginning with polling approximately 35,000 attorneys by Law & Politics. The nominees are then grouped into more than 55 practice areas, subsequently screened by a Blue Ribbon Panel, and lastly their credentials were independently verified.

Mr. Spevak, the co-founding partner of Adinolfi & Spevak, has been named a NJ Super Lawyer for the fourth year in a row. He is perhaps best known for his role in the 2001 custody case over frozen embryos that was decided by the NJ Supreme Court. Mr. Spevak is currently serving as the 81st Camden County Bar President, the second largest in the NJ. He has received numerous accolades for both his humanitarian efforts and professional career. He is the recipient of the prestigious New Jersey Meritorious Service Medal (the highest civilian recognition awarded in NJ) and the National Guard Association of the United State’s Patrick Henry Award for volunteerism directly benefiting the U.S. military. He has also been recognized by Digital Press International as a leader in matrimonial law in South Jersey again in 2008. Mr. Spevak is also an appointee to the New Jersey World War II Commission by NJ Governor Jon Corzine and will be chairing a benefit concert on May 10, 2008 at Resorts Casino in Atlantic City to remember the sacrifices of our WWII Veterans.

Mr. Adinolfi, who has been practicing law for nearly 30 years, is the co-founding partner of Adinolfi and Spevak, which has become one of the largest New Jersey law firms devoted to divorce and family law. This is Mr. Adinolfi’s third year consecutive year named as a NJ Super Lawyer. His memberships include being a certified Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Board of Managers, American Trial Lawyers Association, and a Master of Inns of the Court. He is a frequent lecturer and has been a successful trial counsel in several published opinions by the New Jersey Appellate Division, including the widely publicized engagement ring case. He was the Bishop Eustace Preparatory School Alumni President for many years and recognized by the school for his leadership and support. Mr. Adinolfi has also recently been appointed to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Foundation.

Firm partner Amy Goldstein is a graduate of the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Law and has been practicing law for 25 years. She has been named for the fourth year in a row as a 2008 NJ Super Lawyer. Ms. Goldstein is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and she has served on the AAML State Board of Managers and Start Board Examiners. She also serves on the NJ State Bar Family Law Committee. Ms. Goldstein is a frequent lecturer and author on various family law topics such as child custody, marital torts, attorney ethics, and cohabitation. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Amy was recently appointed to serve on the Executive Committee of the Katz Jewish Community Center Arts, Books and Culture Festival. She has also worked for the past six years with the Joshua Kahan Fund which raises funds to help find a cure for Pediatric Leukemia.

Robert Agre, counsel to the firm, is again a recipient of the designation of NJ Super Lawyer in 2008. His practice is devoted to personal injury, civil and criminal matters, municipal court matters, and domestic violence issues. Mr. Agre has been practicing law for over 30 years, and is a certified criminal trial lawyer as well as certified to argue in front of the U.S. Supreme Court. He is the author of several articles including Implication of School Zone Drug Laws.
