ROBERT J. ADINOLFI, ESQUIRE

Shareholder/Partner

Robert J. Adinolfi, Esquire is the co-founding partner of Adinolfi and Spevak, PA.  He is a graduate from St. Joseph's University and Rutgers School of Law, Camden and has spent his career practicing family law in the South Jersey area.

As a seasoned and respected litigator, Robert has served as lead counsel on numerous high profile and significant cases establishing important legal precedents in New Jersey courts, including the infamous engagement ring case.

Robert has also been actively involved in promoting legal education not only to his peers, but also to the community at large.  He is a frequent lecturer at the Women's Opportunity Center at the Burlington County YMCA, an organization that is committed to providing much needed resources to women facing challenging life circumstance.  These lectures provide invaluable and useful information to women facing divorce or other family law issues.

Additionally, Robert is very active in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inns of Court as a Master.  This organization provides mentorship and an instructional forum for young attorneys just entering the family law practice.

Robert actively seeks out opportunities to promote the practice of divorce and family law.  He has been a certified Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers for nearly twenty years and currently serves on its Board of Managers.  In order to be selected as a member of the Academy, a candidate must have significant family law and trial experience and be recommended by the Judges before whom they regularly appear.  Candidates must also pass a rigorous national and state examination that covers a multitude of complex family law issues.  The AAML is a national organization that seeks "to encourage the study, improve the practice, elevate the standards and advance the cause of matrimonial law, to the end that the welfare of the family and society be protected".

Robert is a member of the  New Jersey State Bar Association and has also recently been appointed to co-chair the Family Law Committee for the Camden County Bar Association -- associations which also work to promote the legal profession as well as serve the public at large.

In 2006,  2007 and 2008 Robert was named a  New Jersey Super Lawyer by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.  Robert has also been recognized by the prestigious Bar Register as a Preeminent Lawyer by Lexis Nexis, Martindale-Hubbell.  He is also listed in the Who's Who In American Law and Who's Who in Finance and Business .

Besides his professional accomplishments, Robert has also received kudos for his community service as the recent recipient of the Excalibur Award from Bishop Eustace, which recognizes service to the school and community.  He also has recently been appointed to the board of Our Lady of Lourdes Foundation and sits on the Finance Committee for Our Lady of Good Counsel.
